1B. PORTFOLIO ONE REFLECTIVE LETTER. We are going to discuss the following questions which is the information you were asked to look over this weekend.

Discuss the following in groups: What does it mean to reflect? How and why is reflection important in your learning process? How does one reflect ? Is there more than one way to reflect? Why are you being asked to reflect so much in this course?

Now...Let's do it....for yourself....

2. Please make a link within your portfolio one and title it Reflective letter P1.

5. How do we get those nifty hyper links into our reflective letter?

• Well simply create a link within your portfolio one titles REFLECTIVE LETTER P1. Then save.
• Then you would hit edit page on the very same page and copy all the links found within your portfolio one, and save the page again.
• AHH!! now is the good part.....click on the new page you created for your Reflective Letter P1 and once the page is open hit CONTROL, V and paste all the links inside that page.
• Now you should have a list of all your assignments with nothing else....

This is where you start typing the relevance of all this work....AKA your reflective.

• See now was that hard. :)
• Now you simple add the wonderful reflective writing around the wonderful work you are including in your portfolio.

6. Workshop on your reflective letter for Portofolio ONE.

Please work on your reflective letter. Remember this is a major portion of your portfolio. This reflective should be a polished piece of writing with little to no mechanical, grammar errors. This reflective should have all the work you want me to evaluate hyper linked within it.

• Special note: When you attach your paper please make sure your labeling is distinct and I can tell this is your FINAL paper for evaluation.

7. So how do we actually get started writing this thing.....

• Start on sections of the reflective letter.
• We have been talking about your use of Media.
• Your interaction with media
• How media is completly engulfed our lives and the many ways it does.
• How writing has taken many new forms and with these new forms of writing new rules (and old rules).
• Pre-writing which includes: listing, journaling, drafting, revising, peer reviewing
• discussion on all of the above topics....
