Let's do this thing, called Peer Review!

Today, we will:

1.Address questions and concerns about the "White Paper"

**how is your citation? Do you know where and why you have to cite information you are paraphrasing?

**What is the result of incorrect or missing citation?

**Have you fulfilled ALL sections set out in the FORMAT.

**Did you address the questions Dr. Calley asked for in her section of the reflective letter? IF you have not checked out that information, you need to ASAP.  Seminar Portfolio 2 sp11

2. You should have a second draft ready for this class.

Here is what we are going to do... All of those who want a second peer review will be sitting at the center computers. Those that are working on their reflective letter and or assignments for Seminar/English will need to be on the side computers.

3. I have the forms for submission to the First Year Conference. So we will be working on this also.

It appears we can do this electronically and if you really want to submit (which I highly recommend) you can do it in class today. Tracy and I will be around to help you.

4. What you need to have completed by class TUES?

• Read your final paper assignment.   
• Argument of Evaluation Essay 3
• Read chapter 6 in your Writing Text pages 42 (@subheading Different types of Claims) through pg.65.
• We will have a class discussion based on this reading and possibly a quiz (DUM DUM DUM *symbols crashing*

5. This last portfolio is worth the most amount of points for the course, so your best efforts will be required to make it a success. Please note it is advised you do your video presentation for Seminar over your topic for paper three. This will save you lots of time.
